This site is run by Federico Scuoteguazza. This page lists every piece of personal data the site can collect, why, and who processes it. It only promises what the code actually does.

What the site collects

Newsletter form (currently disabled in the interface, endpoint still live): email address and the page the request came from. Contact endpoint (the form has been removed from the site; the endpoint remains available): name, email address, company, type of service and the message you write. Usage events: page path, event name, source and small technical metadata about the click. Post views: the post identifier. Every one of those requests also stores the IP address and the browser user agent taken from the request headers.

Why

To answer you when you write, to know which pages and posts are read, and to keep the site working. Nothing is used for advertising and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Who processes it

Supabase stores the records. Resend sends the transactional email that confirms a newsletter subscription. Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregate traffic analytics. Each of them processes data on my behalf under their own terms.

How long it is kept

There is no automated deletion in place today, so records stay until they are removed on request. I would rather say that than promise a retention window the site does not enforce.

Your choices

Write to federico@scuoteguazza.com to ask what is stored about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, and I will do it. Newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link that works without writing to anyone.

Cookies

The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The internal client documentation area, which is not part of the public site, uses a session cookie for authentication.
