I don't sell software and I don't represent any vendor. What I bring is judgement: what's worth doing, what isn't, and in what order. Most of the value shows up in the second conversation, when the problem turns out not to be the one we started with.

When it makes sense, I also build it. I'd rather leave something small and working than a long document nobody reads.

I write here about what I see in the work: decisions, expensive mistakes, and things that actually hold up.
